Senior AI Creative Designer

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Senior AI Creative Designer based in Madrid. You will own and elevate creative execution for high-visibility digital marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms, producing video and static assets with AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver video and static assets, including key visuals, motion pieces, thumbnails, end screens, hero assets and organic and paid media assets.
• Use AI tools to produce 100% of creative assets for paid and organic media, hero assets, landing pages and ad-hoc requests, and define workflows that speed up ideation, production, localization and iteration.
• Prototype, pitch and validate new creative formats using performance data, platform trends and audience behaviour.
• Set creative and technical standards for AI-assisted design and video production, documenting best practices and workflows.
• Mentor and support junior designers with feedback, creative direction and guidance on craft and AI usage.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional experience in digital design, motion, video and AI production, ideally in fast-paced or performance-driven environments.
• Proven experience owning creative projects end-to-end, from concept to execution and iteration, using AI tools.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing creatives and how design decisions affect results.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Based in Madrid.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with generative AI tools for image, video, copy and ideation, integrated into daily workflows.
