Senior Brand Designer

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a Senior Brand Designer for its Marketing & Growth team in Madrid. The team drives visibility, engagement and business impact across the company, and the designer owns and evolves the visual identity of a key partner across all marketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the visual identity of a key partner across all marketing channels
• Conceptualize and design high-impact creative campaigns and brand assets aligned with marketing objectives
• Create visual content for paid media, social, CRM, OOH, web, editorial, presentations and on-site experiences
• Develop motion graphics, animations and audiovisual assets, and edit video for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Meta
• Integrate AI into creative processes and collaborate with strategists, copywriters, motion designers and external partners
• Present concepts to stakeholders, ensure brand consistency and prepare production-ready artwork for digital and print
• Coordinate with external vendors, manage multiple projects and stay up to date on design trends and AI tools

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in branding, creative agencies or high-end design studios
• Outstanding portfolio in branding, campaign development, digital design, editorial and visual storytelling
• Proven ability to lead creative projects from concept to delivery
• Experience designing for social-first and digital marketing campaigns, and knowledge of print production and asset finalization
• Fluent English; proactive, adaptable and strong communicator

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Figma and Canva
• AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Krea, Gemini or Firefly
• Nice to have: motion design, video production, international brand experience, performance marketing and Meta best practices
