Senior Associate - Insurance P&C Underwriting (Policy Administration)

About the role

Genpact is recruiting a Senior Associate for Insurance Policy Administration, working remotely from Spain (standard work shift). The role is a key entry point for escalations with external and internal stakeholders, covering insurance risk data entry and administrative duties, and is fixed term until 16 November 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Handle escalations with external and internal stakeholders, answer questions within the admin scope and route others to the right department or role
• Act as liaison between Policy Administrators, Team Coordinators and Team Leaders
• Enter insurance risk data accurately, on time and efficiently according to client standards, plus general administrative duties
• Keep KPIs up to date, analyse data and prepare management information reports using various reporting tools
• Support process improvement projects, contribute to technical support and procedural best practice, and give ideas to the Management Team
• Act as a backup for senior tasks, cover more complex and time-consuming work, and serve as a point of reference for best practice
• Support new staff training and help with task transitions, and maintain and update process documentation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, Risk Management and Insurance, or a Master's in Statistics
• Certifications such as Associate in Claims (AIC), Associate in Reinsurance (ARe), Certified Compliance Officer (CCO), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) or Certified Risk Professional (CRP)
• Advanced Portuguese (C1); Spanish is also listed as a required language
