Senior Brand Manager, Oral Health

About the role

Haleon, a consumer health company, is looking for a Senior Brand Manager for its Oral Health Care brands in Madrid. The role is responsible for deploying brand strategies and supporting marketing execution so that short-term and long-term brand sales and profit objectives are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, adapt and refine the brand's strategic direction based on consumer and customer insights.
• Own the annual brand P&L, including sales and profit results, and manage budget items.
• Build brand equity by deploying and localising global toolkits.
• Drive innovation through the execution of the global innovation vision board.
• Manage agency and cross-functional relationships so regional needs are met within the global matrix.
• Deliver media, creative and digital programs and collaborate with the sales team on customer engagement and in-store support.
• Track results against KPIs and recommend course corrections when needed.

Required profile

• At least 7 years of brand marketing experience in consumer products.
• Experience delivering insights-based consumer communications and brand share growth.
• Experience in large-scale new product launches, working with global teams in a matrix organisation.
• English and Spanish required.

The salary range is EUR 59,118 to EUR 81,288, and the final offer may vary depending on experience, skills and qualifications.
