Senior Consultant / Associate - Finance & Risk, Madrid

About the role

Oliver Wyman's Finance and Risk practice in Madrid is looking for a Senior Consultant or Associate to join a team working with Banking and Financial Services clients on finance and risk strategy, credit transformations, capital accuracy and models, smart pricing, strategic planning, financial resource management and AI and risk modelling. The role sits in a Europe-wide staffing pool with a focus on Spanish and Portuguese markets. Associates and Engagement Managers lead small to mid-sized teams, starting with an initial 6-month period.

Required profile

• 2-6 years of relevant experience, ideally with leading consulting firms focused on financial services or with banks and FinTechs
• Undergraduate or advanced degree in STEM, finance or economics from a top university
• Fluent business English and Spanish or Portuguese
• Nice to have: banking industry expertise, especially in credit risk and finance, and CFA or MBA from a top-tier university
