Senior Digital Product Manager – Monitor & Grow

About the role

The Senior Digital Product Manager will lead the Monitor & Grow mission within Santander’s global Savings & Investments platform. Based in Boadilla del Monte, you will shape the post‑investment digital experience, helping customers monitor, understand and grow their portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Monitor & Grow digital product.
• Analyse customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape to identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate business and behavioural insights into innovative digital capabilities that boost engagement and investment activity.
• Collaborate with local markets, product owners, technology teams and senior stakeholders to ensure consistent, scalable solutions across countries and channels.
• Design and implement reusable components that meet global standards while accommodating local regulatory and business requirements.
• Monitor product performance, gather feedback and iterate to enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in digital product management, preferably within financial services or investment platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and customer behaviour.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience working with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to balance global standardisation with local adaptability.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
