Senior Full-Stack Engineer (TypeScript)

About the role

A fast-growing SaaS company, whose survey platform is used by consulting firms and researchers worldwide, is expanding its engineering team through a recruiter. It is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a lean but highly experienced team. The ideal candidate is a generalist with deep TypeScript expertise who thrives in a high-autonomy, low-meeting environment, working on new product features and improvements to a solid existing codebase.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement new product features across the stack (frontend and backend).
• Collaborate closely with other senior engineers, product managers and leadership.
• Take part in a rigorous code review process focused on quality and maintainability.
• Own initiatives from idea to production in a remote-first, async-friendly setup.

Required profile

• 7-10+ years of software development experience.
• Prior experience working remotely in high-performing teams.
• Comfortable with a high code-quality bar (longer review cycles, clean architecture).
• Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and minimal supervision.
• Nice to have: experience at early-stage or fast-growing SaaS startups, and exposure to complex B2B platforms.
