Senior Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

Youtrust, a European Digital Trust provider, is scaling rapidly and needs a senior HR Business Partner to lead people strategy across the organization. As the sole HRBP you will partner with leaders, design and own talent, performance and compensation processes, and drive organisational change.

Key responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to leaders, handling difficult conversations, team reorganisations and high‑stakes decisions.
• Own end‑to‑end talent, performance and salary review cycles, including calibrations and analytics.
• Design, harmonise and elevate HR processes and journeys to a mid‑market/enterprise standard.
• Lead cross‑functional projects that improve People operations and employee experience.
• Provide coaching, career‑path guidance and retention initiatives for individuals and teams.
• Apply solid compensation & benefits and social‑law judgement, collaborating with Payroll and Finance.
• Build and run AI‑driven workflows and agents for analysis, reporting and internal communications.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR business partner, owning talent, performance and salary review cycles.
• Track record of creating HR processes from scratch and gaining manager adoption.
• Strong compensation & benefits knowledge and ability to involve lateral partners when needed.
• Fluent in English and French (C1); Spanish is a plus.
• High social and situational intelligence with a collaborative, humble mindset.

• Salary package up to €68,000 per year.
