Talent Acquisition Partner - Tech & Product

About the role

Preply is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to own hiring for Product, Design and related Tech functions, shaping how we attract top talent as we scale globally.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end hiring for Product, Design and related Tech roles, partnering closely with product and design leaders.
• Act as talent advisor, guiding hiring managers on strategy, market expectations and faster decision‑making.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and adapt approaches as roles or markets shift.
• Champion structured, evidence‑based hiring practices, applying scorecards, calibrating interview processes and ensuring consistency.
• Use data and funnel metrics to diagnose quality drops, adjust processes and improve time‑to‑fill.
• Identify and propose improvements to hiring processes, handoffs and steps.
• Support Engineering hiring when priorities shift, leveraging technical understanding for credible conversations.
• Collaborate with Employer Branding to boost visibility and attraction for Product, Design and Tech roles.

Required profile

• 7+ years of recruiting experience with strong exposure to Product, Design and Tech hiring.
• Proven track record in fast‑paced, product‑led tech environments.
• Deep in‑house recruiting expertise and ability to design high‑quality processes.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable using metrics to influence decisions.
• Solid understanding of Product and Design craft and how hiring needs evolve.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Growth mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and solving hiring challenges.
• Team‑first, low‑ego attitude and fluency in English.
