Senior International Recruiter

About the role

Catenon is seeking a Senior International Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for a diverse portfolio of clients across industries such as Food & Beverage, Beauty, Retail and Manufacturing. You will operate in a global, fast‑paced environment, handling both Spanish and international recruitment projects.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle for client roles, from briefing to offer closure.
• Design and execute search strategies, identify and assess both active and passive candidates.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions.
• Deliver recruitment projects on time and meet defined KPIs.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate client needs into talent solutions.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional language is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and highly organized.
