Senior Legal Counsel

About the role

Impress, Europe’s leading chain of technology‑enabled orthodontic clinics, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its in‑house legal team. You will work across multiple jurisdictions, providing practical legal guidance to ensure compliance with healthcare, consumer and data‑protection regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts such as informed consents, terms & conditions, IT and data‑processing agreements, real‑estate leases, GDPR‑related agreements and third‑party partnership contracts.
• Provide clear legal advice to operations, marketing, medical, HR, finance and expansion teams, and coordinate with external counsel in Germany, Spain and other countries.
• Monitor compliance with healthcare, medical‑device and consumer‑protection laws; advise on product classification, labeling, advertising and GDPR requirements.
• Prepare corporate documentation, board minutes and resolutions, and support governance best practices.
• Assist with litigation and claims management, liaising with external law firms and handling procedural documentation.
• Support international expansion by researching local legal requirements, drafting risk reports and advising on market entry.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of professional experience.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Experience in consumer‑facing companies within healthcare or medical‑device sectors.
• Self‑motivated with strong analytical and organisational abilities.
