Senior Manager, Growth Strategy & Operations (PLG & Pricing)

Key responsibilities

• Own the business and product strategy for Product‑Led Growth and Pricing & Discounting, translating company priorities into clear roadmaps and measurable commercial outcomes.
• Accelerate Product‑Led Growth by identifying and prioritising opportunities across referrals, advocacy, sharing, incentives and other acquisition and retention mechanics.
• Build and execute Preply’s Pricing and Discounting strategy, covering tutor pricing, learner‑facing prices, promotions, discounts, credits and incentives.
• Develop business cases, proofs of concept and MVPs to validate opportunities before deeper investments.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Finance and Growth leaders to shape roadmaps, design experiments and balance learner value, tutor outcomes, growth, margin and marketplace health.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in growth strategy, commercial strategy, pricing, monetisation or related roles within a product‑led technology business.
• Proven track record of owning commercial KPIs and translating strategy into measurable business impact.
• Strong commercial judgement with deep understanding of lifetime value, margin, unit economics and two‑sided marketplace trade‑offs.

Required skills

• SQL (hands‑on experience preferred).
• Practical fluency with AI tools for analysis, research or decision‑making.
