Senior Paid Ads Specialist (Media Buyer)

About the role

Huzzle connects talent with in-house roles at its clients. Its client is a specialist marketing and lead generation agency serving the renewable energy sector in the UK and US, and is hiring a full-time, independent contractor Media Buyer. The role takes full ownership of ad performance for a growing portfolio of insulation and home improvement businesses, driving qualified applications and booked inspections while managing the end-to-end client relationship. It is designed to grow into a leadership position overseeing junior media buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Meta ad campaigns for 10+ active client accounts
• Build, test and iterate high-converting lead gen funnels, VSLs and booked call structures
• Own the client relationship directly, running weekly strategy calls and reporting performance
• Monitor budgets, pacing and delivery to keep cost per lead and cost per acquisition efficient
• Work with the founder on ad creatives, hooks and messaging
• Identify underperforming metrics early and fix them proactively
• Document and systematise media buying processes so they scale

Required profile

• Proven experience managing $30k-$100k+ in monthly Meta ad spend across multiple accounts
• Expertise in home services, home improvement or contractor verticals
• Deep understanding of high-ticket, considered-purchase sales cycles and lead quality
• Ability to maintain a minimum 2x ROAS (at 30% profit margins)
• Experience mentoring or reviewing junior media buyers
• Ability to work within or overlap with EST/CST business hours
