Senior Product Adoption & Engagement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a senior specialist to shape how Preply drives tutor behaviour change and tool adoption at scale. You will own the strategic roadmap that connects communications, community and learning initiatives, ensuring tutors adopt new tools, policies and programmes that improve teaching outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy for driving tutor behaviour change and tool adoption across launches, policies and programmes.
• Design and manage the tutor engagement calendar, sequencing communications to avoid overload.
• Develop cross‑channel strategies across communications, community and learning, collaborating with specialists.
• Partner with Product Managers and channel owners to translate strategic direction into detailed roadmaps.
• Provide senior stakeholders with clear recommendations, trade‑offs and commit to results.
• Define success metrics with data and own the narrative around performance.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in growth, lifecycle, GTM or audience engagement, with hands‑on go‑to‑market or adoption work.
• Proven track record of driving measurable behaviour change for large audiences.
• Strong orchestration instinct to break down complex, multi‑channel plans.
• Ability to operate with independent judgment and influence cross‑functional teams without authority.
• Comfort using data to size opportunities, set targets and explain results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with sharp judgment on tone.
