Senior Product Designer

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead design from discovery to delivery within a squad. The role works closely with Product and Engineering to balance speed with long-term product quality, and raises the quality bar across the Product Design team.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product execution and lead design from discovery to delivery within the squad.
• Turn unclear problems into structured flows and testable solutions, clarifying problem statements before moving to UI.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to balance speed with long-term scalability.
• Strengthen discovery and validation practices, push for measurable outcomes and clear success metrics, and improve requirement quality to reduce rework.
• Elevate critique and design discussions, and design with reusable components and scalable patterns to reduce UX debt.
• Work with engineers on component improvements, documentation and usage standards.
• Explore where AI can improve user experience, choose tools wisely to speed research, prototyping and iteration, and critically assess AI-generated outputs.

Required profile

• Proven ability to ship complex flows under time pressure.
• Strong systems thinking and comfort with scalable patterns.
• Experience contributing to or evolving a design system.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
