Senior Product Manager - Sustainability Use Cases

About the role

EcoVadis, a provider of business sustainability ratings, is hiring a Senior Product Manager in Barcelona for one of its Strategic Use Cases. You will own the use case end-to-end, from customer problem and data through prototype, roadmap and launch to market outcome, working alongside senior engineers and product experts. It is a builder role, not a coordination role, for a high-agency generalist who prototypes early, uses AI to move faster and takes full ownership of outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Set and drive the end-to-end vision for your use case (regulatory due diligence, human rights due diligence, decarbonization or resilience), defining the customer experience, gaps and the path from parity to leadership.
• Understand the technical requirements and how competitors and customers solve the problem today, drawing on partners, conferences and webinars.
• Spend real time with buyers, program owners and co-development accounts to validate problems and solutions.
• Use AI prototyping tools to build working demos and lightweight services and test assumptions before committing engineering.
• Work with engineering to unblock and drive the build, collaborating across squads while executing independently or in partnership.
• Partner with Strategic Use Case Leads and commercial teams on go-to-market, and define measures of success and clean persist/pivot/stop decisions.

Required profile

• Typically 10+ years of experience, including owning a meaningful product area end-to-end in B2B enterprise SaaS with real business and customer outcomes.
• Enough technical fluency to prototype with AI tooling, LLM APIs and a scripting language (Python / JavaScript or equivalent).
• An AI-native way of working, already part of how you operate.
• Comfort in a regulated, data-rich, sustainability or risk domain, or the curiosity to get there quickly.
• Sharp problem framing and communication, and fluency in English.
