Senior Product Manager - Tracking Solution

About the role

Brambles, part of CHEP, is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the Tracking Solution, which uses IoT, smart asset data and advanced analytics to give visibility of reusable assets across global supply chain operations. The role balances strategic leadership with hands-on execution, aligning with ERP, CRM and customer-facing applications. It can be based in Madrid (Spain) or Manchester (UK) and covers Europe, the UK, North America and Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and market needs
• Collaborate with engineering, design and marketing teams on features, timelines and quality standards
• Gather requirements, prioritize features and communicate progress
• Understand technical architecture and ensure features are feasible and deliverable
• Run market and competitive analysis, and conduct user research and usability testing
• Develop and monitor KPIs, and gather post-launch feedback to improve the product
• Lead agile processes such as sprint planning, backlog management and retrospectives
• Identify risks and build mitigation strategies

Required profile

• At least 5-7 years in product management or senior software development in enterprise solutions
• Proven track record of IoT or asset tracking solutions
• Hands-on experience with data quality and analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or Business
• Desirable: experience building supply chain systems, leading a software team, or an advanced degree
