Senior Project Manager - Quick Commerce Content Excellence Global

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Senior Project Manager in Barcelona to own how its agent teams work and how assortment quality is defined, measured and improved across a catalog of more than 10 million products. You will build the Agent Operating Model and the Enrichment framework that turn agent capacity into a more accurate, consistent and complete assortment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Agents Manager: manage the performance, coaching and day-to-day follow-up of about 26 agents split between Ops and Enrichment, together with the hub Leads
• Define performance metrics per agent and hub (accuracy, quality, productivity, rework), run the feedback and coaching cadence and report weekly
• Quantify the business impact of the Agent Hubs, identify savings, build the yearly headcount plan and identify tasks that can be automated or AI-assisted
• Define what good assortment means per category, run gap analyses and source external data (e.g. GS1, manufacturer and partner data)
• Analyse the Product Onboarding flow end to end and take systemic issues to the central team
• Own the Enrichment framework: set quality and completeness standards for product attributes such as nutritional information, allergens, ingredients and food labelling
• Drive automation and AI-assisted enrichment with Data and Product, including label and attribute extraction, and compare its output with agent quality
• Lead cross-functional enrichment projects with Product, Data and local teams

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in operations, quality programs, content/catalog operations or vendor (BPO) management in a tech or e-commerce environment
• Proven track record designing operating models and documentation (SOPs, playbooks, SLAs, QA sampling, escalation workflows) for non-expert or outsourced teams
• Strong analytical skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
• Fluent English, written and spoken

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce
• Nice to have: familiarity with PIM systems, catalog management or e-commerce data quality
• Nice to have: SQL basics, BI dashboards (Looker, Tableau, BigQuery)
• Nice to have: project management tools (Jira, Asana) at team scale
