Senior Recruiter – Hybrid (Barcelona)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join Korn Ferry’s Barcelona office in a hybrid working model. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to assessing and presenting candidates, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across all levels.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and design appropriate attraction strategies.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies using direct sourcing, screening, assessing and short‑listing techniques.
• Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, providing consultative guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure a premium candidate experience that reflects Korn Ferry’s brand standards.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their professional development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment (in‑house, agency or RPO).
• Track record of delivering consultative recruitment services to senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to create innovative hiring strategies.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and continuous learning attitude.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with excellent communication skills.
