Senior SAP BW/4HANA Consultant (100%) - Finance System Redesign

About the role

Julius Baer is looking for a Senior SAP BW/4HANA Consultant (100%) in Madrid to drive the complete redesign of its finance system landscape based on SAP BW/4HANA. The consultant understands the overall requirements and solution design across multiple workstreams, breaks them down into work packages, leads their implementation and partly implements them themselves, while analysing and improving existing data and reporting flows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of demonstrable experience in SAP BW/4HANA
• Good understanding of the Finance Data Model in Banking
• Good communication and presentation skills, confident appearance
• Independent, resilient and team player with excellent problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take responsibility
• Master's degree in economics, business administration, banking, quantitative finance, (business) informatics, data science or a comparable field
• Fluent English; German is a plus

Required skills

• Modelling BW/4HANA objects such as ADSO transformations
• Developing ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDPs) with table functions
• Creating SAP HANA calculation views, including SQL-based ones
• Designing ABAP Core Data Services (CDS) views
• Managing the entire development lifecycle, including testing and documentation
• Plus: knowledge of SAP FSDM and SAP PaPM
