Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (BAU) – EMEA

About the role

Colliers is hiring a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (BAU) for its EMEA landscape, based in Madrid. The consultant provides expert day-to-day support, Level 3 issue resolution and continuous improvement, with a primary focus on Employee Central. Colliers uses SuccessFactors Employee Central Onboarding, Time Off and Performance & Goals Management, with Compensation planned for implementation across EMEA.

Key responsibilities

• L3 support: investigate and resolve complex incidents, data issues, configuration defects and integration-related errors within agreed SLAs, and perform root cause analysis for recurring tickets.
• Employee Central functional ownership: support foundation objects, org structures, position management, employee data, workflows, MDF objects, event reasons, data models and permissions, and give guidance to HR stakeholders.
• Support Time Off configuration and the planned Compensation implementation and BAU, including data dependencies, eligibility, planning cycles and post-go-live readiness.
• Deliver configuration changes, enhancements and change requests following a controlled development, test, validation and production release lifecycle, and lead quarterly release activities (release notes, regression testing, business communication, post-release stabilisation).
• Manage system administration tasks such as role-based permissions, security controls, workflow maintenance and certificate renewals.
• Support functional regression testing of changes affecting integrations with SAP Employee Central Payroll, regional payroll, benefits platforms, finance, ERP, reporting, data warehouse and expense management systems.
• Participate in CAB and change governance, maintain documentation, and mentor junior analysts.

Required profile

• Strong hands-on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors in a BAU, support or application management environment.
• Deep functional knowledge of Employee Central.
• Certification in Employee Central plus at least one additional module (Time Management, Onboarding, Compensation or Performance & Goals); alternative certifications are welcome if the candidate shows a strong willingness to grow.
