Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Dragados, the construction arm of Grupo ACS, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive its talent acquisition strategy across a wide range of technical and managerial positions. You will partner with hiring managers to attract top talent and ensure timely hiring for multiple projects worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs, job specifications and required competencies.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for junior to senior level roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Build and maintain a proactive pool of qualified candidates for future needs.
• Design and support talent attraction and recruitment programmes.
• Monitor industry trends, salary benchmarks and emerging skill sets to refine recruitment strategies.
• Compile recruitment analytics and present reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably for technical profiles.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
