Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will partner with hiring managers to drive high‑quality hiring for highly technical teams. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from intake to offer, ensuring alignment on success profiles and delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring cycle, focusing on alignment, judgment, and hiring quality.
• Define and own Success Profiles for each search, translating business performance expectations into clear hiring criteria.
• Recruit for technical roles across Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, Platform and other deep‑tech domains.
• Build deep fluency in supported divisions to act as a credible partner rather than a process owner.
• Run structured interview processes with clear dimension ownership, strong calibration and no duplication.
• Identify funnel friction, use data to diagnose bottlenecks and implement scalable improvements.
• Develop better ways of working through frameworks, reusable assets and thoughtful automation.
• Raise the standard of hiring decisions across the organization.
