Senior Technical Account Manager - AEC (French and Spanish Speaking)

About the role

Autodesk Customer Success is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager for the Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Operations (AEC) market, fluent in French and Spanish. The role supports medium and large enterprise customers worldwide in the Proactive Support group of the Customer Technical Success team, helping them optimise their product investment and achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the technical point of contact for customers, coordinating with the Customer Success Manager and Technical Adoption Specialist on customer success plans
• Handle and escalate critical issues and monitor service level compliance
• Provide technical assistance and recommendations for enterprise customers based on data analytics
• Work with customers' IT and design groups on installation, licensing and performance of Autodesk cloud and desktop applications
• Deliver coaching sessions and run regular support case reviews and software performance assessments
• Manage key events such as major upgrades and provide technical health governance

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in architectural, civil or construction engineering
• At least 5 years of experience using or supporting Autodesk AECO products (especially Revit) and cloud services (Construction Cloud/Forma) for large enterprise clients
• Fluent French, Spanish and English; other European languages are a plus
• Able to manage several projects at once and communicate effectively at all levels
