Service Delivery Manager – Industrial Digitalization

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is launching its new Digital Campus in Albacete and seeks a Service Delivery Manager to lead the stability and evolution of critical industrial applications. You will operate at the intersection of day‑to‑day operations and cutting‑edge development within a vibrant ecosystem of IIoT, MES and other Industry 4.0 technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure robustness, scalability and continuous improvement of global industrial applications.
• Manage the lifecycle of high‑stakes digital tools supporting RUN & BUILD operations.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver innovative digital solutions for aerospace production.
• Monitor compliance risks and uphold integrity in all service activities.
• Provide operational excellence and high customer satisfaction across the global user base.
