Services Supply Chain Portfolio Manager

About the role

HP is looking for a Services Supply Chain Portfolio Manager in Sant Cugat del Valles, within the SSC Delivery & Business Operations Pursuit & Portfolio Management organization. You will act as the strategic link between HP Services businesses and Supply Chain, turning portfolio priorities and new service requirements into scalable, financially sound and operationally executable capabilities. You will own the consolidated view of Managed Services, Lifecycle Services and other service businesses, and may lead strategic initiatives directly.

Key responsibilities

• Own and orchestrate the Services Supply Chain portfolio, tracking active initiatives, new-service introductions, capability needs, roadmap dependencies, risks and expected value.
• Translate business priorities and customer needs into clear SSC requirements, capability needs and execution implications.
• Drive portfolio strategy and prioritization, assessing initiatives against business value, strategic alignment, feasibility, investment, complexity, dependencies and resources.
• Lead early feasibility assessments and shape business cases, coordinating cost, benefits, ROI and resource needs with Finance and Supply Chain.
• Own portfolio roadmap visibility and governance, giving leadership a transparent view of health, priorities, risks and decisions needed.
• Represent Services Supply Chain through the new-service introduction lifecycle, ensuring requirements and readiness criteria are met before phase-gate decisions.
• Influence service and operating-model design early, and lead strategic programs or NXIs when required, with governance, milestones and RAID.
• Provide executive-level communication and drive continuous improvement of portfolio governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in portfolio management, program management, services supply chain, service delivery, new-service introduction or a related function.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global organization.
• Experience evaluating business requirements and turning them into operational capabilities, roadmaps or investment decisions.
• Strong understanding of financial and business-case fundamentals (cost, benefits, ROI, investment trade-offs).
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence decisions without direct authority.
• Preferred: direct experience in Services Supply Chain, Managed Services, Lifecycle Services or contractual service delivery; NXI/NSI, portfolio governance or phase-gate experience; PMP, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL or similar.

What we offer

• Pay range of $116,150 to $182,400 USD annually for US candidates, plus bonus and/or equity opportunities.
