SI Lead / Technology Architect (Associate Director)

About the role

Accenture is hiring a Technology Architect (Associate Director) for a multi-platform SI program covering ServiceNow, Blue Prism RPA, BOT orchestration, API integrations and Sisense analytics, delivered across Accenture-managed and client infrastructure. The role is hands-on and delivery-embedded: you translate enterprise architecture decisions into implementable technical designs, own the technical standards and act as the technical authority for the delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical design across the full platform stack and define data models, workflow logic, integration contracts, automation architecture and reporting design
• Define API contracts and integration specifications, and govern integration across Accenture-managed and client-hosted infrastructure
• Run technical design reviews at PRDs, build completion and SIT entry, manage technical debt and configuration management
• Own the hybrid infrastructure design and environment architecture (DEV, SIT, UAT, PROD)
• Support the Test Lead on test design and contribute to go-live readiness
• Act as the primary Accenture technical contact for client stakeholders and represent technical design in client governance forums

Required profile

• 12+ years in technology delivery, with a career in SI programs
• Hands-on depth across at least three of the Vista platforms (ServiceNow, Blue Prism, APIs, Sisense)
• Proven integration architecture experience and experience working beneath an Enterprise Architect
• Onsite availability in Spain; travel of 25-30% may be required, and collaboration with offshore teams and vendors

Required skills

• ServiceNow (preferred: CIS, CAD or equivalent certification)
• Blue Prism RPA (preferred: Developer or Architect certification)
• REST/SOAP API design and governance
• Sisense or equivalent BI platform architecture
