Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

NeuralTrust is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to design, build and operate a highly available, secure cloud platform that powers its AI‑security SaaS offering. You will work closely with developers and security specialists to ensure the platform runs reliably at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP/Azure with a focus on security and cost‑efficiency.
• Automate deployments, CI/CD pipelines and monitoring using Terraform, Helm and GitOps practices.
• Ensure platform reliability, uptime and performance across all environments, and lead incident response.
• Optimize observability with Prometheus, Grafana and related tooling.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support smooth release cycles and production readiness.
• Develop internal tooling, documentation and best‑practice guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Linux systems, networking and distributed systems.
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Security‑first mindset for infrastructure and operations.
• Team‑player who enjoys knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Required skills

• Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP (preferred), Azure
• Infrastructure‑as‑Code: Terraform or equivalent
• Kubernetes, Helm, kubectl
• Monitoring & alerting: Prometheus, Grafana
• Scripting/automation: Python, Bash
• CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows
