About the role

Join SharkNinja’s fast‑moving digital team in Madrid as a Social Media & Community Manager. You will be the voice of the brand across online communities, creating engaging short‑form video content and fostering authentic relationships with fans and influencers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day community interactions on social platforms, forums and online groups, responding quickly and authentically.
• Build and nurture relationships with community members, brand advocates and influencers to drive loyalty and organic advocacy.
• Identify user‑generated content opportunities, surface member stories and track engagement metrics and sentiment.
• Concept, shoot, edit and publish social‑first video content from idea to final post.
• Design posts, polls, competitions and activations that spark genuine interaction.
• Stay ahead of trends, introducing fresh formats, sounds and ideas before they peak.

Required profile

• Final‑year university student, master’s student, recent graduate or early‑career professional with a passion for social media and digital culture.
• Proven ability to create compelling short‑form video content independently (portfolio required).
• Strong written voice adaptable to different platforms and audiences.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with deep knowledge of Spanish social‑media culture.
• Fast‑moving, creative thinker who can work autonomously.
