Social Media & Content Manager – Creative Hub

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to join the Creative Hub of Minor Hotels Europe & Americas in Madrid. The role will drive the social media and content strategy for a portfolio of hotel brands, turning platforms into spaces where the brands engage, influence and inspire audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social‑first strategies for multiple hotel brands, translating business goals into content plans and coordinating always‑on calendars and campaign roll‑outs.
• Create and refine creative assets – reels, videos, copy and campaign adaptations – ensuring they are platform‑native, engaging and aligned with each brand’s identity.
• Manage relationships with agencies, hotel teams and external partners, preparing briefs, timelines and feedback loops to deliver projects on time and on brand.
• Support influencer and creator collaborations, evaluating profiles, overseeing campaign execution and measuring performance.
• Analyse performance data to optimise content, identify growth opportunities on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.

Required profile

• Strong creative judgement combined with strategic thinking and operational excellence.
• Ability to review and improve visual and copy assets, coordinate multi‑brand campaigns and interpret performance metrics.
• Passion for cultural relevance and storytelling that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Proactive partner for the Director of Creative Content, bridging strategy, creativity and execution.
