Social Media & Paid Media Trainee

About the role

Join Radisson Hotel Group for a six‑month, hands‑on trainee program focused on digital and social media marketing. You will rotate between organic and paid social teams, gaining practical experience across major platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor global social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and support day‑to‑day community management.
• Source, organize, and manage user‑generated content for campaign activation.
• Research trends, platform updates and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.
• Assist in drafting short‑form content and basic blog posts for social distribution.
• Learn paid social campaign planning, ad creation, audience targeting and launch processes.
• Support campaign monitoring, collect performance data and help prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to understand how paid and organic efforts work together across the marketing funnel.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media trends and digital advertising.
• Available for a six‑month commitment starting mid‑September.

Required skills

• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Basic understanding of paid social advertising concepts.
