About the role

Join Bending Spoons’ new Madrid office as a Software Engineer and help shape the culture of a fast‑growing team. You will work on high‑impact products used by millions, collaborating with global colleagues across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Take ideas from concept to production, building systems that scale to millions of users.
• Integrate powerful AI tools into the development workflow for design, implementation, testing, and documentation.
• Choose and apply the right technologies for each challenge, ranging from monoliths to microservices.
• Continuously simplify architectures, improve pipelines, and ensure reliability and maintainability.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, collaborative and eager to own end‑to‑end product features.
• Comfortable working in a small, talent‑dense team with minimal hierarchy.
• Passionate about learning new technologies and applying them thoughtfully.
