Spanish Speaking Customer Support Specialist

About the role

Kats Recruitment is hiring Customer Support Specialists fluent in Spanish and English for an on-site position in Barcelona, Spain. You will provide customer care across several channels, helping users with inquiries, account management and issue resolution in an energetic, international setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, timely support by phone, email and live chat.
• Handle inquiries, account updates, service requests and general questions.
• Identify customer needs, troubleshoot problems and give clear solutions.
• Manage feedback and complaints professionally, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Maintain accurate case records in internal CRM systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues and departments to escalate and resolve complex cases.
• Keep service quality, response times and customer satisfaction standards.

Required profile

• Native or near-native Spanish with Galician or Basque (spoken and written).
• Good English (B2 or higher).
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or contact centres is an advantage; motivated entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Ability to work on-site in Barcelona and adapt to rotating shifts.

Required skills

• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Computer literacy and confidence with CRM tools.
