Staff Product Designer – Events

About the role

As a Staff Product Designer for Perk Events, you will own the end‑to‑end experience of the group travel and events platform, shaping how corporate planners, suppliers, and participants interact with the product.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of complex, multi‑persona event flows from concept to launch.
• Partner with product, engineering, and events support teams to define scope, drive execution, and ensure design quality.
• Conduct and synthesize user research, turning insights into intuitive experiences that reduce complexity.
• Prototype rapidly using AI‑enabled tools (Claude, Cursor, Bolt) to explore interaction patterns and accelerate decision‑making.
• Influence product direction through strategic conversations with leadership and cross‑functional partners.

Required profile

• Proven staff‑level track record with end‑to‑end ownership of large‑scale products.
• Strong customer empathy and ability to move between high‑level strategy and detailed design execution.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for product, engineering, and senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑enabled prototyping tools such as Claude, Cursor, and Bolt.
• Advanced experience in Figma for UI design and collaboration.
• Comfort with design versioning and collaboration environments like Git.
