Subscription Account Manager – French Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, French‑speaking Subscription Account Manager to join our Barcelona team. You will work directly with customers to drive renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and maintain strong relationships in the French‑speaking market.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve performance targets for customer retention and new opportunity identification within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with field teams to develop territory and risk‑mitigation plans.
• Engage customers through proactive communication to secure renewals and upsell deals.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Conduct customer calls, research inventory, and develop pricing strategies.
• Manage administrative tasks related to accounts and renewal processes.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects to improve subscription management and renewal sales processes.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• 2–6 years of experience in customer success, renewal sales, or account sales.
• Strong negotiation, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Interest in IT infrastructure and ability to work effectively with internal teams and channel partners.
