Supply Chain Composite Materials Internship – Discover II 2026/27

About the role

Airbus is offering an 11‑month full‑time internship as part of the Discover II 2026/27 Graduate Programme in Spain. Based in Getafe, the role is placed within the Procurement Operations organisation, specifically in the Composites & Chemicals team, and combines practical work with a master‑level training programme.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate tactical activities and mid‑term actions with the composites commodity Multi‑Functional Team.
• Manage contract execution to ensure on‑time, on‑quality deliveries from a supply base of ~250 manufacturing sites.
• Monitor supplier performance, implement recovery plans and support supplier development.
• Ensure compliance of suppliers and products with Airbus requirements throughout qualification and series operation.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (BSc/MSc) in engineering, supply chain, procurement or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in the aerospace sector.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes.
• Familiarity with supplier qualification and performance monitoring.
