Supply Management Production – Temp Agency

About the role

An opportunity has opened for a Supply Management Production professional within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid). The role focuses on procurement, logistics and supplier coordination to support production and emergency assembly lines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the interface with internal customers and collaborate with stakeholders during the ordering phase.
• Interact with suppliers and transversal departments to implement corrective actions and resolve disputes.
• Monitor inventory levels and develop action plans with suppliers.
• Analyse delays, prioritise urgencies for emergency assembly lines and pilot short‑ and long‑term operational plans.
• Ensure availability of export‑control licences (non‑ECCD) for hardware deliveries.
• Raise risks, follow up actions, report deviations and coordinate mitigation with transversal functions.
• Manage non‑conformity containment (L1) and perform quality inspections up to product delivery.
• Conduct operational investigations, propose containment actions and certify product conformity.
• Participate in improvement projects and promote best‑practice exchanges.
• Uphold ethical and compliance standards in line with the Airbus Code of Conduct.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, including AOG purchase‑order management.
• Experience in logistics and familiarity with Airbus logistics flows.
• Background working on the MRTT programme or knowledge of Green Aircraft.
• Proficiency with procurement IT tools.
• Strong teamwork, proactive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Advanced English and Spanish language skills.
