Supply Manager – Raw Materials and Standard Parts (Temporary)

About the role

A temporary Supply Manager position is open at Airbus Defence & Space in Tablada (Sevilla), covering raw materials and standard parts. The role acts as the focal point for suppliers on operational activities, with a focus on on-time and on-quality deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor supply chain deviations, lead recovery plans and containment actions to minimise their impact.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and optimise stock levels.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering and Program teams.
• Support supplier relationships, including contract negotiations and service level monitoring.
• Analyse performance metrics (KPIs) to spot trends and propose solutions.
• Ensure operations meet internal quality standards and external regulations.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering.
• Level C1 English and Spanish.
• Valid driving licence.
• Ability to work in complex and international environments.
