Supply Officer – PIOGO (Temp Agency)

About the role

Join Airbus as a Supply Officer for the PIOGO project at the Getafe plant. You will be responsible for managing purchase orders and ensuring timely, quality, and cost‑effective delivery of outsourced and purchased products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full supply lifecycle for assigned programs, from demand planning to final delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, production, engineering, and logistics to guarantee on‑time, quality material delivery.
• Conduct supply risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Implement, monitor, and analyse KPIs to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
• Stay informed on market trends and relevant aerospace regulations.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in aerospace or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, MRP and ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Fluent English (C1 level) – written and spoken.
• Excellent problem‑solving, negotiation and decision‑making abilities.
