Supply Officer PIOGO (Temp Agency)

About the role

A temporary Supply Officer position at the Getafe plant, placed through a temp agency. The role manages the supply of outsourced and purchased products so they arrive on time, to quality and cost, and acts as the interface between manufacturing units and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Place purchase orders according to purchase requests on behalf of the commodity.
• Manage material flows so outsourced and purchased products are delivered on time, quality and cost, and launch first-level corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage inventory and order management with suppliers.
• Coordinate deliveries from demand planning through to final delivery, acting as an interface between manufacturing, program, quality, logistics, planning and ordering teams, and between Airbus sites.
• Manage the full supply lifecycle for assigned programs, coordinate with suppliers and internal departments (Production, Engineering, etc.), and conduct supply risk assessments with mitigation plans.
• Monitor and analyse KPIs to improve supply chain efficiency, identify continuous improvement opportunities and stay up to date with market trends and regulations.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in the aerospace or industrial sector.
• Advanced English (C1 or equivalent), written and spoken.
• Problem-solving, negotiation and decision-making abilities, and the ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and tools, including MRP and ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
