Supply Officer – Procurement & Supply Chain

About the role

Airbus Operations S.L. in Getafe is looking for a Supply Officer to join its Procurement & Supply Chain team. You will ensure the timely availability of materials and components while maintaining quality standards and controlling costs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle from need identification to material delivery.
• Negotiate price, quality and delivery terms with suppliers and monitor their performance.
• Coordinate with production, engineering and warehouse teams to align purchasing activities.
• Track orders, handle incidents, maintain inventory records and optimise stock levels.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement opportunities in supply‑chain processes.
• Prepare performance reports and ensure compliance with company policies and aerospace regulations.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar industrial or aerospace role.
• Advanced English (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of supply‑chain management, procurement and data‑analytics tools.
