Support Agent / Administrative & Operations Assistant - Southern Europe

About the role

Fever, a global platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a Support Agent / Administrative & Operations Assistant for its Candlelight Southern Europe team, based in Spain. This full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract supports the financial, administrative and operational processes behind Candlelight concerts across Southern Europe, including supplier payments, artist contracting and event plan checks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supplier invoices and ensure accurate cost allocation across P&L statements
• Follow up on supplier payment issues and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers
• Manage artist contracting requests and purchase orders so they are processed accurately and on time
• Assist with music licensing reports, database updates and other ad hoc administrative tasks
• Review event plans before they go on sale, checking event copy and ticket quantities, and flag discrepancies for correction

Required profile

• Lives in Spain and is legally eligible to work there
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus
• Experience in administrative support, operations, finance support or a similar role
• Previous experience in the events, entertainment or music industry is a plus
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills and follow-up ability

Required skills

• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack and Airtable, with quick learning of new systems
