Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

We are establishing a brand‑new onsite recruitment function and need a proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our growing team of four recruiters. You will work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to ensure a smooth and exceptional hiring experience, primarily for sales‑focused roles.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process for Value Engineering, Technical and Sales positions, handling interview scheduling, feedback coordination, and candidate journey management.
• Collaborate with four onsite recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and keep processes efficient.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates, delivering updates and ensuring a positive experience.
• Update and manage ATS data, interview calendars, and recruitment reports to keep operations seamless.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for recruiters and hiring teams, facilitating smooth communication across multiple hiring projects.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and help build a best‑in‑class onsite recruitment function.

Required profile

• Experience in talent coordination, recruitment administration, or scheduling, either in‑house or agency.
• Interest or experience in sales hiring (e.g., Account Executives, SDRs, BDMs) is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communicator capable of building positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Flexible, positive attitude with a problem‑solving mindset and enjoyment of varied daily tasks.
