Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Hitachi Energy Spain is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner in Madrid. The role brings leadership to support and drive recruitment for roles across the business globally, while connecting with senior stakeholders. It offers a lot of responsibility and the freedom to structure your own days.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior hiring managers through the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across Hitachi Energy
• Collaborate with the wider recruitment team on internal and external recruitment matters
• Support recruitment campaigns from strategy and planning to activation, and lead the strategy for some areas of focus
• Identify short-term and long-term talent gaps and advise on solutions to talent challenges
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Promote Hitachi Energy as an employer of choice at job fairs, student and professional events and on social media
• Help develop the recruitment strategy to attract top talent
• Analyze and interpret recruitment data

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Engineering or another relevant field
• More than 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably with local experience or a global/cross-country role, ideally in a similar industry
• Flexible, humble and determined, able to work independently and collaborate well with others
• Enjoys both operational and strategic tasks, and works well with several processes at once
• Customer- and service-oriented with strong communication skills
• Fluent Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus
