Recruitment Marketing Tech Lead

About the role

Preply is seeking a Recruitment Marketing subject‑matter expert to join the Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition. This newly created, hands‑on role will shape how recruitment marketing works at Preply, turning hiring priorities into creative, measurable attraction activities.

Key responsibilities

• Build attraction plans for priority chapters such as Engineering, Data/AI, Design, and Commercial.
• Partner with TA, hiring leaders, Brand and Employer Brand to brief campaigns, content ideas, careers page updates, and event materials.
• Design and deliver talent events, meetups, conferences, sponsorships and in‑house activations.
• Own Glassdoor strategy, including review responses, reputation themes and profile improvements.
• Coordinate paid and organic recruitment campaigns across LinkedIn ads, job boards and niche talent platforms.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, talent attraction or employer brand activation within a fast‑growing tech business.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with TA, Brand, hiring leaders and technical stakeholders.
• Creative mindset for events, community partnerships and candidate touchpoints.
• Data‑informed approach: measure impact, learn from results and iterate.
• Advanced English proficiency and ability to work onsite in Barcelona or Kyiv.
