Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking and innovative channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and engaging conversations to assess skills and passion.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of professionals for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by acting as the main point of contact and maintaining clear communication.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and a talent for building relationships.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools.
• Self‑starter who takes initiative and solves problems.
• Passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
• Team player who collaborates effectively.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
