Talent Acquisition Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to join Kube Group’s talent acquisition team in Barcelona. You will play a central role in attracting top talent and shaping the future of the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking and innovative channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and engaging conversations to assess skills and passion.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of professionals for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by serving as the main point of contact and maintaining clear communication.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to improve strategies and streamline processes.

Required profile

• Knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑starter with initiative and problem‑solving abilities.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding candidate experiences.
• Team player who enjoys collaboration.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
