Talent Acquisition Specialist – EMEA

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join IQVIA’s Clinical Talent Acquisition team for the EMEA region. This is a 12‑month fully remote contract (hybrid option available) where you will support hiring managers in sourcing, selecting and onboarding qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with management across assigned business units to source, select and hire qualified candidates using cost‑effective techniques.
• Write and post job advertisements, review applications and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ experience, education and salary expectations.
• Coordinate job advertising across various media, attend job fairs and maintain relationships with universities and alumni groups.
• Collaborate with external recruiters, employment agencies and online recruiting platforms to identify talent.
• Meet with business leaders to define staffing objectives and ensure they are met.
• Provide training to line managers on recruiting, interviewing and selection processes.
• Support diversity initiatives and ensure compliance with local hiring guidelines and applicant tracking procedures.
• Monitor market trends, work with compensation teams on salary offers and equity considerations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a staffing or recruiting function.
• Fluent in English and additionally fluent in Spanish, French or Turkish.
• Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Good understanding of commercial environment, market trends and customer service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms.
