Talent Acquisition Specialist (French Speaker)

About the role

Ecolab is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist who is fluent in French and English to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple functions and markets. You will partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to design effective sourcing strategies while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles for diverse roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to create market‑specific talent strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and employee referrals.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including online databases, internal networks, and passive candidate outreach.
• Provide data‑driven insights, reporting on recruiting metrics, and recommendations for future hiring needs.
• Coach and mentor junior Talent Acquisition team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR.
• Native or fluent French with strong professional English communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with strong collaboration skills.
• Experience thriving in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
