Talent Acquisition Specialist – Full Cycle Recruiter

About the role

As a Recruiter for AIRE Ancient Baths you will own the full recruitment cycle across our centres, connecting exceptional talent with our premium wellness brand. You will ensure every candidate interaction reflects the warmth, excellence and spirit that define the AIRE experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, guaranteeing a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with AIRE leadership to assess hiring needs, streamline processes and drive efficiency.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using data‑driven approaches across career pages, social media, job boards and targeted campaigns.
• Maintain accurate candidate profiles in the ATS, including qualifications, assessments and interview feedback.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and recruitment best practices.
• Build and nurture pipelines with schools, employment agencies and other talent sources, focusing on operational roles.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of proven full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System.
• Background in hospitality, wellness, retail or lifestyle brands is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, Psychology or related field; Master’s in Talent Acquisition or HR is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency.
